The 6 Documents You Need to Send Us
Our checklist mirrors the exact requirements set by Saudi authorities. Send us clear, colour scans (JPG or PDF) of the following on WhatsApp or email:
- Scanned passport. The bio-data page, in colour, with all four corners clearly visible. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
- Colour photograph. Recent passport-size photo, plain white background, face fully visible, taken within the last six months. This is the most common source of application delays — if the photo is off-standard, the file gets held up.
- Round-trip ticket. Confirmed return ticket covering your entry and exit from Saudi Arabia. If you don't have flights booked yet, we can bundle Umrah flight booking through our team so the dates line up cleanly with the visa.
- Sponsor's Iqama. A clear copy of your sponsor's valid Saudi residence permit (Iqama). "Valid" means the Iqama must not be expired or close to expiry at the time of your application.
- Sponsor's Saudi National Address. Your sponsor's registered address in Saudi Arabia. This is a formal document that Saudi residents can generate from their National Address account — your sponsor will know what to send.
- Sponsor's mobile number. An active Saudi mobile number for your sponsor. Authorities may verify sponsorship through this number during processing.
